Terms and Conditions for the Course Completion Reward Program (CCRP)
Offer: Laptop Co-Investment Benefit. Eligible students who successfully complete an eligible Advanced Course can purchase a specified laptop worth approximately ₹20,000 at 50% of its market price (i.e., for ₹10,000).
1. Eligibility
- Valid only for new enrolments in the following designated "Advanced Courses" (each 90 days duration, 2 hours/day), during the offer period of 21 July 2026 to 2 September 2026: Advanced IT & Computer, Fashion Designing, Professional Web Designing, Python Programming, and Laptop & Desktop Repairs.
- The student must be enrolled under a valid admission and must have paid the complete and non-refundable admission fee (separate from course fee) in full.
- The offer is non-transferable and valid only for the individual student enrolled.
2. Definition of "Completion"
To qualify as having "completed" the course, the student must fulfill all of the following within the maximum course duration specified at enrollment:
- Attendance: Minimum 85% attendance recorded across all live or mandated sessions.
- Academic Performance: Successful submission and a passing grade (as defined by the course rubric) on all mandatory assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Fee Clearance: No outstanding dues related to the course fee or any other payable charges.
Completion is verified solely by Skillora JK's internal records and management system, whose decision will be final and binding.
3. The Reward
- Upon verified completion, the student becomes eligible to purchase one brand-new laptop, with a market retail price (MRP) of approximately ₹20,000, for a discounted price of ₹10,000 (inclusive of all taxes).
- The exact make, model, and specifications of the laptop will be decided by Skillora JK and communicated to the eligible student. While the model will reflect a market value of ~₹20,000 at the time of procurement, specifications may vary based on market availability.
- No cash alternative or exchange for any other product will be offered under any circumstances. The discount is not redeemable against the course fee, admission fee, or any other service.
4. Claiming the Offer
- The student must claim the offer and complete the payment of ₹10,000 within 30 days of receiving the official course completion certificate and purchase eligibility notification from Skillora JK.
- Failure to claim and pay within this window will result in the offer being forfeited unconditionally.
- The laptop will be handed over/dispatched only after receipt of the full ₹10,000 payment.
5. General Conditions
- This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, scholarship, or promotion unless explicitly stated.
- Skillora JK reserves the right to modify the list of eligible "Advanced Courses" or to withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice. However, students already enrolled under this offer before such modification/withdrawal will remain eligible upon completion.
- Any attempt to defraud the completion criteria (e.g., proxy attendance, plagiarism) will result in immediate disqualification from the offer and may lead to disciplinary action as per institute policy.
- This CCRP offer is neither a lottery, contest, nor a game of chance. It is a conditional course completion reward program.
- All disputes related to this offer are subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar, J&K courts only.
